This package is designed for the bride and groom who have planned their own wedding but need someone to manage the details and execute their plans. Experience has shown that it works best if all the vendors have one “go-to-person” in the last few weeks prior to your big day. This eliminates any confusion and avoids any he said/she said situations. The Wedding Day Management package will remove the pressure from you, your family and your friends, so you can truly enjoy your wedding day.

Package includes:

• initial meeting to discuss your wedding plans, expectations & vendor contracts
• access to event designer Lisa Hanslip via email for any issue from etiquette & bridal party attire to resolving familial discord (does not include vendor information)
• a choice between our fun & stylish wedding planner tote bag or our much sought-after wedding planning binder which will help you stay focused & organized
• rehearsal & wedding day timeline meeting
• confirmation of all vendors
• meeting with site coordinator at venue to discuss details of timing, menu & floor plan/layout
• creation of wedding day timeline
• distribution of timeline to all vendors & bridal party
• direction & supervision of rehearsal
• instructing attendants about their duties
• access to bridal emergency kit on wedding day (everything from a sewing kit and stain remover to spare rings in an array of sizes!)
• distribution of final vendor payments
• direction & coordination of wedding day by consultant + 1 assistant
